【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesacceptanceconditionsfortheapprovalofweldingconsumablesforunderwaterhyperbaricwetweldingofnon-alloyandfinegrainsteelswithaminimumyieldstrengthofupto420N/mm2.Itshallbeappliedwhentestedandapprovedconsumablesarerequestedbyclients,certificationauthoritiesorotherofficialbodies.Thestandardcoversproceduralrequirementsfortestingconsumablesforweldingprocesses111and136whicharecarriedoutmanuallyorsemi-mechanicallyinwethyperbaricconditions.Todate,practicalexperiencehasonlybeenmadewiththesetwoweldingprocesses,andthisstandarddoesnotcoverconsumablesusedforunderwaterweldingindryhyperbaricconditions.Thisstandardcoversonlyproceduralrequirementsfortestingweldingconsumablesforuseinwethyperbaricconditions.ClassificationofweldingconsumablesisbasedonDINEN499andDINEN758,andresistance,chemicalcompositionandtypeofcurrentusedfortestingareidentifiedaccordingly,withthesuitabilityofweldingconsumablesforhyperbaricweldinginwetconditionsindicatedbysymbolsorabbreviationsgiveninadditiontothestandarddesignation.Ingeneral,thissuitabilityshallbetestedusingfilletwelds.Itshouldbenotedthatthemechanicalpropertiesofthepureweldmetalestablishedintestingmaydifferfromresultsdeterminedinproductionwelding.Suchdiscrepanciesaretheresultofdifferencesintheweldingprocedure(suchasthediametersofelectrodesorwires,processperformance,weldingpositionandmaterialcomposition).
