【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiestestspecimensandproceduresforperformingconstantloadamplitudefatiguetestsonmulti-spot-welded-andmulti-axial-specimensspecimensinthethicknessrangefrom0,5mmto4,5mmatroomtemperatureandarelativehumidityofmax.80%.Theapplicabilityofthestandardtolargerthicknessesmaybelimitedbythemechanicalpropertiessuchasyieldstrengthandformabilityofthespecimenmaterial.ThethicknessrangeforAdvancedHighStrengthSteels(AHSS)isgenerallybelow3,0mm.Greaterthicknessesfore.g.aluminiumalloysarepermissible.Thetestresultsofthefatiguetestsmayalsobeusedforderivingcriteriafortheselectionofmaterialsandthicknesscombinationsforstructuresandcomponentssubjectedtocyclicloading.Thisstatementisrelevantforresultsobtainedwithcomponentlikespecimens,i.e.specimenswithalocalstiffnesssimilartothatofstructuralcomponents.Theresultsofafatiguetestaresuitablefordirectapplicationtodesignonlywhentheloadingconditionsinserviceandthestiffnessofthedesigninthejointareaareidentical.
